Nestled in gorgeous woodlands enroute to the Highlands, this unique property is home to a beautifully bespoke kitchen and utility space. What was once an L-shaped kitchen with dark worktops and a challenging layout is now a light-filled, free-flowing space designed to be the true heart of the home.
With its substantial stature and chunky posts, the island forms a grandeur focal point, offering generous preparation space and an informal area to sit and work.
The antique brass handles and boiling water tap add a touch of understated luxury, while the light-coloured porcelain tiles ground the space with their natural texture and timeless charm.
The bespoke cabinetry extends beyond the kitchen into the adjoining utility room, which we also designed and handcrafted to ensure a cohesive and considered aesthetic throughout.
A barn-style door was incorporated to create a larger kitchen, whilst introducing a seamless entryway into the utility and boot-room space, which includes a bench seating area next to the properties side entrance.
To conclude this airy space, taking pride of place is the true star of the show - our client's amazing homemade shortbread.
